Job Objective

The Facility Invoicing Specialist works with Sales and Project Managers to produce timely and accurate invoices for delivery to SGS customers. The Invoicing Specialist is the last set of eyes to ensure that all revenue is captured and that the client is fairly and accurately invoiced for all services provided. This is a fully remote position.


Responsibilities

  • Work with appropriate plant personnel to ensure orders are correct to capture accurate billing.
  • Review jobs sent for Invoicing.
  • Appropriately group jobs by Purchase Order, Invoicing Company, Tax Jurisdiction, etc.
  • Create invoices in MySGS ONE system according to individual client/account requirements.
  • Validate invoices for correct Taxation, etc.
  • Work according to detailed procedures.
  • Follow accepted accounting principles.
  • Maintain records, files, etc. as required.
  • Produce reports as may be required
  • Assist as needed on any other invoicing related tasks

  • Keep work area organized and clean.
  • Attend all EH&S training sessions and other company-wide and departmental meetings.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:

  • High school graduate
  • Data entry experience and some Accounting desired
  • Knowledge of Prepress and Printing processes would be an asset
  • Microsoft Excel and Word

Education

Required

High School or better.

Experience

Required

Data entry experience and some Accounting desired Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred
